What I do with your data.

This is everything I collect when you register, book a lesson or write to me: which data, why I need it, who else sees it, and how you can ask me to delete it.

1 · Who processes your data

2 · What I collect

You give me name, email and a password (stored encrypted), whether your account is private or shared, your single or couple profile, and the language you prefer for the site.

Using the site creates lesson bookings, credits, materials, notes and messages.

Card details never pass through my systems: Stripe handles them.

A profile is always created with an adult's details. If a child studies, I only need the name I use in the lesson.

A project application stores your name, email, city and country, an optional phone number, the projects you choose, and the note you write, so I can reply and arrange a call. I keep it while the enquiry is open, and delete it if you ask.

3 · Why, and for how long

To give you lessons, issue invoices, and keep the personal area working. I keep what the law requires for accounts, and the rest while your profile is active.

4 · Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or freeze your profile. Write to me and I handle it.
